This is the correct tool for removing the press-fit centrifugal clutch assembly(drum and weights) from the crankshaft to access the primary drive (small) gear. This tool works quickly and there's no risk damaging clutch components or crankshaft unlike other clutch removal methods. This tool is necessary for all primary reduction installs except Pioneer/Talon 1000.
