These are our American-made secondary (final transmission) reduction offerings for 420 Rancher foot-shift/ES, 2005-2011 Foreman 500 footshift/ES and Pioneer 500/520. Some internal clearance/cutting is required and models with speedometer will require VSS(speed sensor) modification by installer or use our modded sensors found in the "Parts" section. **ES models including Pioneer will need an ES module to prevent electronic shift issues. The ES modules and rear seal kits are listed in the 420/500/520 sections and also located in the "Parts" section of the site. Pic is for example only and may not show correct size.
All of our reductions carry a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. We've been making gear reductions for Honda's going on 10 years now with 20+ years of machining and metal-working experience. We've been repairing and modifying ATV's in general since the late 90's.
