These are our American-made primary gear reduction offerings for the 420/500/520 foot-shift and standard ES (non-DCT) machines. Our gears are machined from raw billet material into our custom designed proprietary sizes of 20% 40% 60% and 80% reduction. The 20, 40 and 60 sizes will drop in without case mods except for 05-11' 500 Foreman(see below). The 80% requires extra case clearance/cutting around the top of the clutch basket.
We highly recommend running our stiffer clutch springs with a primary reduction as the stock springs don't provide the adequate clamping force needed for the reductions. We offer stage 1 springs which are matched for the 20 and 40 and the stage 2 springs are necessary for the 60 and 80.

The master kit is for the do-it-yourselfer and includes ALL the recommended extra parts. Includes either stage 1 or 2 clutch springs(we match to your gear size), front output shaft seal, gasket maker and centrifugal clutch puller. **DOES NOT FIT DCT (AUTO+ES) MODELS
**2005-2011 FOREMAN 500 will require slight clearance mods for the 20 and 40. The 60 and 80 will NOT fit without drastic case modifications such as splitting cases, welding and machining.
**ES models will need an ES module to prevent electronic shift issues. Springs, ES modules and seal kits are located in the 420/500/520 sections and "Parts" section of the site.
All of our reductions carry a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. We've been making gear reductions for Honda's going on 10 years now with 20+ years of machining and metal-working experience. We've been repairing and modifying ATV's in general since the late 90's.
