This is a pair(2) of 2" thick aluminum wheel spacers used to mount IRS offset wheels on a straight axle machine. The bolt pattern is stock Honda 4x110 and includes 1 set of plain open lugnuts to mount the spacer to the hub so you can reuse your current lugnuts on the outter studs.
