This is a great clutching upgrade for your machine! Running big gear reductions and big tires puts more strain on the secondary clutches so we recommend upgrading to our "Extra Duty" clutch kit when installing a reduction or even if you just need to freshen up your stock gearing system.
●This kit includes both the steels and fibers for the clutch pack. We recommend replacing the clutch steels and fibers if unsure of age of the current ones or if they have a hard or slick (glazed) surface.
●Our clutch plates are Japanese and meet or exceed OEM quality.
●Fits 420 Rancher, 500/520 Foreman/Rubicon IRS and 500/520 Pioneer.
●We also offer stronger clutch springs to compliment this kit in "Stage 1" or "Stage 2" versions listed under the "Parts" section and corresponding machine sections.
***Does not fit the DCT (Auto+ES) ATV models.
This kit includes 7 fibers and 6 steels, 2wd 420 models and certain older 420's may only use 6 fibers and 5 steels so be sure to use the correct number of plates.
